Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
In addition to your bill amount, you will also be charged $4.75 for payments made online.
($4.75 includes a check out fee of $3.50 + municipal online payment fee of $1.25)
Payments can be made on or before the 10th of the month.
A Late fee of $10.00 or 1.5% (whichever is greater) will be assessed for payments after 5pm on the 12th of the month.
If payment is not made by 5:00pm on the 21st day of the month, service will be disconnected and a non-payment fee will be assessed. Any past due balances over $120 will be disconnected and a $50 non-payment fee will be assessed. Past due balance and non-payment fee MUST be paid before service will be reinstated.
